Foundations
Our Muay Thai Foundations class is perfect for anyone just starting or getting back into Muay Thai. The main focus of this class will be to introduce and practice the basic fundametals, technique and principles of Muay Thai.
Requirement: • Attend 1 class of Intro to Muay Thai • Hand wraps

Advanced Foundations
Progress to our Muay Thai Advanced Foundations to enhance your skills and take your training to the next level. You can expect to build upon the fundamental techniques and skills that you have already learned in the Muay Thai Foundations classes. The focus will be on refining your techniques, developing your conditioning and stamina, and enhancing your overall proficiency in Muay Thai.
Requirement: • 10 days of Muay Thai Foundations • Hand wraps

Clinch essentials
Our Muay Thai clinch class focuses on mastering the intricate techniques and strategies of clinch work in Muay Thai. This class will teach you how to control and dominate your opponent in close-range combat, utilizing clinch techniques, sweeps, knees, and elbows. You will learn the importance of timing, balance, and positioning in the clinch, as well as how to effectively transition between striking and clinch work. This class is open to Advanced Beginners and above.
Requirement: • Minimum Advanced Beginner level • Mouth guard • Nails cut and filed • Proper hygiene • Groin protector (Optional)

Technical Sparring
Our exclusive Muay Thai sparring class offers supervised sessions to practice and refine techniques. Led by experienced instructors, students can enhance their skills in a safe and structured environment. This class ensures students are prepared for controlled sparring scenarios. Develop timing, distance control, and fight IQ in realistic settings.
Requirements: • Minimum Intermediate level • Hand wraps • Mouth guard • No jewelry • Groin protector (Optional)

Intro to Muay Thai
Our Intro to Muay Thai class will be the first class to take if you have no prior experience in Muay Thai. You will be guided through the fundamental techniques of punches, kicks, stance, footwork, and pad holding by our instructors. After this class, you should be prepared to move on to our Foundations classes where you'll put into practice what you've learned.
Requirements: • No experience

Bag Work Conditioning **Coming Soon**
Bag Work Conditioning is a great way to get some cardio and conditioning while familiarizing yourself with the punching bag. Bag work is essential to improve timing, accuracy, technique and power in a controlled environment.

Pre-Sparring Drills
Our Muay Thai Pre-Sparring Drills class is a great class to prepare students for sparring. This class will focus on partner drills to practice specific exercises that simulate sparring situations. This may include defensive drills, counter-attacks, and controlled sparring scenarios to work on timing, distance, and reaction time.
